Share Your Budget Priorities with BBMR!

As part of the Fiscal 2021 budget, BBMR is engaging residents in the budget process through hosting budget pop-ups across the City from August through October and compiling results from a survey that asks residents about their budget priorities.

BBMR is hosting a total of seven pop-ups at libraries, with four happening in the next few weeks. Our first three pop-ups were were hosted at the Pennsylvania Avenue, Brooklyn, and Reisterstown Road Branches. Attendees engaged in thoughtful conversations with BBMR analysts and completed a short survey on their budget priorities. Additionally, BBMR attended the 32nd Street Farmers Market and engaged with residents, discussing schools, policing, transportation, and government accountability.

There are four more events scheduled at Enoch Pratt Branches, listed below. Residents unable to attend a pop-up can complete an online survey about their budget priorities at bit.ly/BBMRSurvey_Eng. Surveys in Spanish and French will be made available and announced on our website. The results will inform the Fiscal 2021 budget process. Please take the time to complete the survey and share with your network and community.
