The Department of Finance officially transmitted the Fiscal 2023 Preliminary Budget Plan to the Board of Estimates (BOE) this morning, April 11. The BOE will spend the next month reviewing the budget and hosting special meetings and hearings to gather feedback, such as Taxpayers' Night.
